All our customers have the right to cancel their orders within 12 hours without any conditions and restrictions. The most fundamental rights arising from canceled orders will be communicated to the parties as soon as possible within the following process. Your money will be returned to the bank account you have placed the order, within the working days allowed by your bank (this is usually 3-20 working days).
The main issue that determines the product change is the use value of the products. There are no exchanges or refunds for underwear and bikini-style products that come into contact with the private parts of the body. We take this precaution because we have to consider the health and safety of individuals. You must notify us of the products you want to exchange within 10 days from the day the carrier confirms that the product has been delivered to your address. Otherwise, you will not have the right to change. The criteria by which you can change the product are as follows. All reasons other than these reasons will be deemed invalid by our company.
- If the item is not the color you see in the pictures and purchased,
- If the item is not the size or foot size you purchased,
- If the product you bought and the product you received is different,
- If there is a deformation in the product you received that does not belong to you
- You have the right to exchange the product.
NOTE: If the product you receive correctly represents your choice of color and size, and you have the right product, there are no refunds or exchanges due to the choice of body size and color.
Our biggest wish and desire is to provide you with the best service with orders that have no problems and are completely satisfied. But sometimes we can encounter undesirable results. In these cases, we offer you this return and money refund policy to make the solution as easy as possible.
- If you did not receive the product within the time we promised to deliver it to you (customs times and processing time are not included in the promised time of 2-3 days),
- If the product you received is not the same as the product you ordered and you received a wrong product. (This must be proven by the buyer when the package is first opened),

We do not issue the refund if:
