Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns ( Updates after COVID19 )

We do not take responsibility for the color of the products, size, fit of the foot size or other buyer concern. For these reasons, we reject the return requests of the products. Foot size or body size is left to the customer’s decision and preference. We recommend that you refer to the size chart (inch or cm) before purchasing a product. Since we provide international transportation service, the return of the products will be more costly for our customers, so returns are not accepted.

The items covered by the return are as follows;

-if the package or product is deformed,
-If the wrong item was sent by us,
-If you have received a product in a different color than the one you purchased,
-If the product has arrived after the estimated delivery time specified,
etc. You have the right to return for our responsibilities.

We got an important decide about returns after COVID19 pandemic. To keep safe the world community we won’t accept the return for clothings such as panty, bra, dresses, t-shirts etc. The human health is important than everything and we try to provide safe world to all humanity. To make you happier and healthier we got this decide.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (15 days not including 2-5 day processing))
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you’ve received – If there is any crushing, damage or a situation you do not want in the package you received. (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
  • returns can not be accepted in cases where the color option, size dimensions, etc. are dependent on the customers’ own choices.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of 4ColorDress (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (15 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
