How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of The Kitten Park (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Size does not match. Take the amount of chest 92. Small! I 92-76-92. Blouse pressure in the chest and hips. The waist is free. Fabric is thick, but 100% synthetic. Sparkles. And it's not a shirt and blouse. No buttons, no zipper. Think to look like a model would have to take a 2 size bigger. Though the delivery is very fast.
OMG! I love love this shirt. The quality is amazing. I wear a woman's US M and my breasts are DD and it fit perfect everywhere and as expected a little form fitting to the breast but very comfortable and easily worn under a blazer.

The quality is beyond my expectation, it is not sheer or thin. I think for this price it's pretty good.
Excellent blouse, the fabric is dense, does not shine through. On one button, the rest is sewn and put on over the head. The color is slightly darker-blue, not so "dusted-lilac-blue", as in the photo of the store, but still beautiful. Threads do not stick out, there is no smell. Order satisfied

Just as pictured, and the color is a match. Not actually silk, but wasn't really expecting it to be with such a low price. Thicker material than I thought it would be.
The product came quickly , aroun 3 weeks to Czech Republic. The shirt's cut is the same as in the store's pictures, a little darker blue though. Thick material, synthetic, silk imitation on the exterior (inside is slightly itchy for me, but because I have sensitive skin). The surface has as you can see in the pictures uploaded a pattern that is not appreciated in the seller's pictures (in the seller is like smooth silk garment). The size came just right for me and the length is good too. I'm 165 cm tall, 90 bust, waist 70, hips 97 that counting that I'm freshly after childbirth so it will get a little but looser once I get back to my normally weight.I didn't communicate with the seller. In general I'm satisfied with price-quality relation

My first order's size did not fit, I have consulter a professional tailor who said its a flawed design. The dispute process took too long but I got my refund. Meantime, I ordered a larger size that I did not receive! Even though tracking shows it was delivered. I opened another dispute, with no resolution. The real disappointment is AliExpress customer service that is difficult and not transparent. No was to contact customer service and reach a solution. I am sure if AliExpress provide a better customer support they will become the No. one retailer in the world. I have contacted the store and informed them about the design, their reply said that they will contact the factory to fix their quality. I still want to get the shirt! or my refund.

This shirt is big one me, i am size small in US, shoulder 14 inch and sleeve length 19 inch. It has no shape in the side but if tucked in, doesn’t look so bad. Overall i love the material, it’s not see through but comfortable to wear in summer. Very cute office. I wish it was bit longer. I am five ft and it’s on my waist, it might be shorter on taller people
