We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

The product was very small,, I ordered a L but you should get XL a bit short on the arms.

I love this hoodie, it came to Canada after 12 days, it was much earlier than I expected. Overall, reading the tag, the material is made out of 80% cotton, 8% spandex, and 12% polyester. The material is just thick I could say, probably perfect between autumn-winter. There were no threads coming out, the bear is cute, it was accurate and I’m happy with my order. I’ll be wearing this more often now. I’ll consider buying more from this store one day, thank you for great service and fast shipping! ^^
i love this hoodie so much!!! clearly is very good quality and sewn great! (just like the picture!) it fits nicely, i just wish it were a bit bigger (but it does make sense that it is a little small for me since i am kind of tall (162/5’4)) over all really happy and will definitely wear a lot :3! it is soooo cute and thick!!!! (for winter or any cold days) also store was nice and shipped fast (only took about 16 days to arrive!) +cute gift bracelet!!! im so excited it’s so cuteeeeeee!!!!
What a good product the fabric is very comfortable and the good quality design, even though I would have liked to have larger sizes, but overall I loved it and shipping was very fast.

I leave three stars because poleron came with errors in the embroidery (left ear and right cheek), plus 2 small spots, these are marked in the attached images, the second pollion arrived in perfect condition, I know nothing is perfect, but it's details that bothered me
